Zenbumi Matcha Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping on orders $75+

Free Express Shipping on orders $250+

On many instances, Zenbumi will have promotional shipping that allows for Free shipping on orders above a certain value.  You will find these notes on the home page or the product pages.  

Please note that we are currently not accepting international orders, but inquiries are welcome.

Processing Times: All Zenbumi matcha orders will need 1-3 days to process orders. During this time, we are busy putting orders together and preparing them for shipment. 

Shipping Methods: All Zenbumi matcha orders are shipped per your selection at checkout.  

Shipping Duration: Domestic Orders — shipping typically takes [5-7 business days] once shipping is confirmed for delivery within the continental United States.

Order Tracking: Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date.

Shipping Destinations: Zenbumi currently ships within the continental United States.

International Shipping: Zenbumi currently delivers across North America only.  International shipping is currently not available but we plan to make it available in the future. 

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays in delivery. Zenbumi is not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
