Cancellation Policy
Some Zenbumi products may be offered as a subscription, preorder, limited release, fresh-milled release, or other scheduled purchase option. This policy explains how those purchases can be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a Zenbumi subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the product, quantity, and delivery frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged according to your subscription schedule unless you cancel, pause, or update your subscription before the next order is processed.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email, customer account, or subscription portal.
Subscription changes must be made before the next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled for that cycle, but your cancellation will apply to future orders.

Preorders
From time to time, Zenbumi may offer preorders for products that are not yet available to ship. This may include limited releases, seasonal products, fresh-milled matcha, or products awaiting restock.
When you place a preorder, the expected shipping timeline will be listed on the product page or communicated at checkout.
You may cancel a preorder before it has been fulfilled, packed, or shipped.
Once a preorder has been fulfilled, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If there is an issue with your order after delivery, please contact us and refer to our Refund Policy.
If a preorder is delayed beyond the stated shipping window, we will contact you with an updated timeline and give you the option to keep the order or cancel it for a refund.
Fresh-Milled Releases
Zenbumi may occasionally offer fresh-milled releases, including limited matcha releases that are milled, packed, or prepared according to a scheduled release window.
Because these releases may be produced or reserved specifically for that release, cancellation availability may be limited once the release window begins.
You may cancel a fresh-milled release order before it has been fulfilled, packed, shipped, or entered into production for that release.
Once a fresh-milled release order has been fulfilled, packed, shipped, or prepared for production, it can no longer be canceled.
If a fresh-milled release is delayed beyond the stated shipping window, we will contact you with an updated timeline and give you the option to keep the order or cancel it for a refund.
Try Before You Buy
Zenbumi does not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases.
If we offer this option in the future, the trial period, payment authorization, return window, and final charge timing will be clearly stated before checkout.
